Royal Hobart Show 2011

Another Dorper milestone in Tasmania with Dorpers shown for the first time at the 2011 Royal Hobart Show and also recognised for the first time with their own Dorper breed class! Since Brocburn Stud introduced Dorpers and White Dorpers to the Tasmanian show scene at the Launceston Royal in 2009, all agricultural shows in Tasmania have classed Dorpers in the “Any Other Breed” category, so it was particularly pleasing for Brocburn to finally win broad ribbons in a Dorper breed class.
